Rules Administratory Code of Conduct

Administratory Code of Conduct:

1. COMPLIANCE (1st Tier)
- Employees must understand that being in compliance with rules and criteria is crucial for the professionalism and credibility of the company, failure to comply will negatively impact the company's credibility and serve its standards and expectation.

1.1 Every post must qualify for post criteria: 
1.1.1 Contains at least 1,000 words 
1.1.2 No unecessary highlights 
1.1.3 Header text font is 18
1.1.4 Body text font is 12. 
1.1.5 Majority text color is "default" 1.1.6 Contains Introduction 
1.1.7 Contains Explanations 
1.1.8 Contains Assumptive statement/closing 
1.1.9 Label tagged correctly

1.2 Every article should be posted within 48 hours from the time it was first posted on the original website. 
1.2.1 If it was posted within 168 hours (7 days) see article 2.2
1.3 Always include your "codename" when posting a content or posting a comment
1.4 Posting your personal status in the page or blog, in order to get more feedback for personal purposes


2. PERFORMANCE (2nd Tier)
- Employees must understand that overall performance is very important and meeting requirements mean more profit for the company and failure to comply will negatively impact the company and disable the whole from doing its responsibilities to their other employees, members and client.

2.2 Failure to do a Daily or Weekly Report

3. AVOIDANCE (Red Flag)
- Employees must understand that doing their job is very important to their careers and complying to their responsibilities will result in the compliance of the proper flow in the system, failure to comply will negatively impact the company and its credibility as a whole and will affect other employee's responsibility as well.

3.1 Sanctions put to authors should be given and submitted to the Operations Manager within 24 hours of the incident to be recorded
3.2 Every article should be posted within 48 hours from the time it was first posted on the original website. 
3.2.1 If it was posted after 168 hours (7 days) see article 1.2

4. MANIPULATION (Red Flag)
- Employees must undestand that integrity is very important to their career because it will build the company's trust and credibility as a whole and will further meet its standards and expectations, failure to comply will negatively impact the company and will disable the company's ability to adhere to its client, employee, and itself as a whole's needs.

4.1 Misuse of the post scheduler to set the timestamp of a post to adhere to post criteria. see article 1.2 & 2.2.
4.2 Posting spam or repeatedly posting information to gather more views or visits

5. PROFESSIONALISM (Zero Tolerance)
- Employees must understand that professionalism is very important imw a business because it builds credibility towards its members and its client, the company does not tolerate unprofessionalism because it negatively impacts the credibility and professionalism of it as a whole.

5.1 Must not post offensive language. 
5.2 Must not start, be involved in any fight.
5.3 Must not post any links to unauthorized websites. e.a. unrelated sites
5.4 Posting information that promotes unauthorized websites, racism, religous.
5.5 Opting personal/private information of yourself/other people/AdventZ employees (exceptions are: famous celebrities)

6. LOYALTY (Zero Tolerance)
- Employees must understand that loyalty is very important in building trust, and credibility as a whole and will be greatly beneficial for the ability of the company to grow stronger, and will not tolerate defamation over itself, its employees, and other people as a whole to promote in exchange for other groups.

6.1 Must not post any links to unauthorized websites. e.a. other gaming websites.
6.2 Must not post information in relation to defame or flander other members, employee or AdventZ itself.

Note: The management has the right to change the information above on short notice for development purposes. Announcements may be posted after the change in the forum bulletin board/announcement/knowledge base/ sent thru mail blast

All Occurences subject to rolling periods. After a designated rolling period the sanction will fall off and refresh for the current rolling period.

2-weeks rolling period
4-weeks rolling period
6-weeks rolling period
8-weeks rolling period

Terms and Conditions
By accepting and/or submitting the terms and conditions:
1. I am already aware that I have rules that I have to follow namely "Administratory Code of Conduct" and all rules that falls below it, including Forum Code of Conduct, and the Rules and Regulations.
2. I am already aware and have read all conditions and failure to comply will result in disciplinary actions namely sanctions and is subject to "Sanction Occurence Chart"
3. I am already aware that AdventZ is an ever changing company and for development purposes that I must agree to be flexible and adhere to all changes in the company.
